ZILLERTAL

The whole month of january had pretty bad snow conditions in austria. in the beginning there was rain which destroyed a pretty good layer of pow and the rest of the month was´t really rideable. In the last week the snow came back and gave us a good layer to work with. I went to Zillertal to shoot with Aline Bock, Eva Walkner and Roman Rohrmoser for the first day and then continued to shoot with Steve Gruber, Beckna, Lukas Goller and Wolle Nyvelt. We built a nice kicker in the Zell Am Ziller backcountry but the next days Wolle was sick and we didn´t shoot it. Instead I went out with another crew (Chris CK Kröll, Simon Pircher, Mario Wanger and Tom Klocker) which had a kicker built just next to ours.
After that day I went shooting with Steve, Lukas and Beckna. Nice sprays, some natural spots, a small jump...just good times with good friends! eö

ACTIONSHOOTING FOR SP-UNITED CATALOG

In the end of december just after christmas I gathered with the SP-United team(Steve Gruber, Michi Stanschitz, Gerald Fuchs) to do a pretty spontaneous shooting for their new catalog. Rob Mathera the teammanager called me just some days before to ask me if i wanted to do the shooting. At first we didn´t know where to go and we decided to stay near the headquaters in vienna. so our first shooting day was at the resort of ötscher. that day the weather was pretty bad and after some runs in the resort we had to find something else down in the valley.
At a river we got lucky and did a nice rivergap.
The weatherforcast didn´t promise good weather for this region so we had a travel day and went to easttirol to the resort of silian to continue the shoot there. We had good weather and snowconditions for the next two days and the shoot went quite well.

VIENNA

In the end of november vienna was hit by a cold weather front which brought about half a meter of snow into town. We never had so much snow that early in winter. Good for me! The local riders were still around and nobody had any other plans. I started to shoot the first day with Fuxl(Gerald Fuchs), Clemens Schattschneider and Dominik Wagner aka. Wögna without any plans on how the next days should be continued. But every following day more riders joined us and the shooting went on for about a whole week. It turned out to be the most productive shoot I ever had so early in the season. Great work boys!!!

AND AGAIN IT IS BALI

After some discussions my girlfriend and I decided to go to Bali again to get out the most surfing-time on our holiday in october.
One month no phone , no stress, just chilling, surfing and good food.
